Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Stanley & Livingstone Falls Hotel for our honeymoon, and we could have not picked a better place. The suites were beautiful. The restaurant's food was amazing. (Even asked for some recipes!) The staff was stellar. (Everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly. "Troutbeck did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was cold in the evenings and mornings but the rooms had electric heating pads to make the beds warm and comfy. The big hearth fires were a nice place relax. Good menu selections and breakfast buffet. "
