"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"This is an older resort so no not expect it to be luxurious! The night auditor was wonderful. A few other staff not so helpful, we asked about dinner and were told one restaurant closed and other only doing buffet. We do not eat much so never do buffet. They ended up saying they could fit us in for à la carte at 6:45pm - when we went down it was pretty much empty! The bed was comfortable and the room nice. Probably a little pricy for the dated facilities."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. "The rooms were clean. The balcony was lovely. Had AC. The front door lock wasn’t working and they had someone fix it by the time we got back from our excursion. Free drink upstairs was nice. Food was less desirable."

"The reception lady deserves a pay increase she went over and above to help me early in the morning. As my shuttle driver dd not show up. I waited for 2 hrs.
