"Staff excellent. But room like a greenhouse. Extremely warm. No windows that open and no Aircon. The blackout curtains leaked light around the edges. Sleeping was very difficult due to heat, lack of air, hard pillows and sunlight. Looks like the hotel is in process of being knocked down. "Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. "Overall we had a good stay at Future Inns. We had a family room, with loads of space and it was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful when needed and check-in and out was really smooth. Breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Cardiff over 2-3 days."

"Pros: Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and a lovely gentleman carried my small suitcase up to my room for me.
