"New, modern, clean but absolutely soulless. Nothing nearby except the glistening waters boat trips and (deserted) restaurant. I think we were the only one staying too. Despite that the amazingness of the magical glowing water was one of the highlights of our trip, but I would stay elsewhere and drive in unless you really need to be close."

"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."

"The are was quite felt safe however, the interior was not what i expected. Furnitures old looking only one of the AC was working so we all stay in the bedroom with the working AC. Too hot not to have AC in the living room fan cannot manage the heat."

The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. We went to breakfast at 9am as breakfast was from abt 7am to 10am. Upon arrival in the restaurant there was nothing left and I asked for the food to be prepared and we were sent to various persons who...

"Eager staff to make memorable trip but not all activities or restaurants available & likely due to economy. Clean, nice room. Have to remember this is a beach resort. Food was excellent, roast duck, seafood with lemongrass, presentation was 4 star."
