"Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

"Hotel abbastanza vecchio e camere non belle. Non ha l'ascensore. La colazione abbastanza buona ma nella media, i tavoli tra un cliente e l'altro non vengono neanche puliti, ma solo sparecchiati. Camera molto rumorosa causa penso aria condizionata. Non ci tornerei"

"We hebben genoten ! Ontbijt is prima evenals de kamers. Enige waar wij achter kwamen bij aankomst is dat je parkeerplaats moet reserveren. Dus wij hebben buiten geparkeerd, wat gratis was en prima."

"Condition of the room was very poor - many large stains all over the carpet throughout the room, obvious water damage on baseboards and wall areas coming away. We did contact the staff who were kind and amenable but they had no other room for us to move into, and so we needed to stay in this room for the night. A room in that state should not be made available for guests."

"Parking easy. Room was amazing food was wonderful. Cannot fault it but it is a destination stay. We only stayed one night so am not sure what was around it. There were a few different groups when were there but we got excellent service."

"Alles was volledig naar wens. Behalve toen we savonds gingen zwemmen moesten we zo snel mogelijk buiten het hotel langs de tuin naar het zwembad. Drinken bestellen was opeens onmogelijk dan maar niets meer gedronken, nochtans had men mij bij het buiten sturen beloofd dat het restaurant personeel voor drinken ging zorgen. Dit klopte niet helemaal. Savonds voelde we ons niet meer zo welkom. Wel een mooi hotel en gezellig hotelletje."

"Hôtel reservé pour 1 nuit sur route des vacances. La réceptionniste à été trés accueillante, même en amont de notre arrivée. Pour la chambre, la literie mériterait un peu plus de confort et la SDB quelques mètres carrés en + mais au final le rapport qualité/prix est juste et petit plus : chambre climatisée trés appréciable avec la canicule."

"This hotel is a little out of the very center of Cluny but only by a 15 minute walk (from which we discovered we could watch horse jumping practices at the Haras). The area is fine, not as picturesque as other parts. Our room was spacious, with a nice, new bathroom; the pillows were unusually thick (i.e. comfy) for French pillows. Staff were friendly and parking was easy."

"Friendly staff lacking unfortunately experience, training and support This was both the case at check in and in the morning where there was no coffee available due to a malfunctioning coffee machine. As this is an important part of my breakfast I asked for a refund of my breakfast for which I paid for at my arrival.
