Very nice hotel with a very good restaurant. Beautiful terrace. Rooms were well appointed. Super bike friendly- bike racks in the garage.

Amazing place to stay .. dog friendly .. the owners have made a superb job of the renovation , everything top quality .. food was absolutly 1st class , kitchen cleanliness . Chefs amazing ,, food superb value for money on the quality and artistry of the food they served .. a credit to everyone who works there .

Repeat stay - again an excellent stopover. Friendly staff, comfortable and immaculate room. The restaurant is absolutely fantastic here, and the service was very good. Easy parking and complimentary EV charging was a bonus.

Great place for a break

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, der Verkehrslärm der gut befahrenen Hauptstraße ist im Hotel aber nicht zu hören. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut. Dass man als Hotelgast 30 Euro für die Nutzung des Pools zahlen soll ist aber unangemessen. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Quelle déception ! J’ai choisi de réserver 3 chambres dans ce 4 étoiles pour la piscine. Or dés l’arrivée à la réception il m’a été demandé 120€ supplémentaires pour 4 personnes pour 1:30 d’accès ! J’étais stupéfait sachant qu’il n’était marqué nul part que c’était un service payant ni sur la fiche de l’hôtel ni sur l’émail de confirmation… j’ai exprimé ma déception et mon incompréhension au responsable de l’Hôtel . il m’a été dit que si j’étais passé en direct cela aurait été offert . Incroyable ! De plus, j’ai demandé la facture et là comble de la mauvaise surprise j’ai payé plus de 100€ en plus via hôtel.com que ce que le Bestwestern ne facture ! Je suis scandalisé . Je paye plus et j’ai droit a moins ! J’ai quand même demandé à ce que l’on m’explique cette folie . Le manager m’a dit en être parfaitement conscient mais que ce n’est pas de son fait mais bien d’hôtel.com Pdj a 21€ / personne. Pour finir, toutes les chambres (+ 235€/ch) donnent sur la ligne tgv . Photo a l’appui prise de ma chambre . Bouteille d’eau entamée dans le réfrigérateur .. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel qui malgré un sourire très travaillé du manager ne fait absolument rien pour corriger cette erreur manifeste de leur part car la fiche d’hôtel.com est bien remplie par l’hôtelier lui même et aucun autre C’est donc à l’hôtelier de spécifier que la piscine est payante ! Le pire 4 étoiles de notre semaine de vacances en Bourgogne. J’ai honte vis à vis des touristes étrangers.

Ne recommande pas

Décevant pour la catégorie de l'établissement. L'hôtel est très beau. Le coffret bistronomique est à éviter. Vous n'avez pas le choix dans le menu (1 entrée, 1 dessert, et une cervelle de canut en guise de fromage...) et si vous n'aimez pas où êtes allergique il faudra verser un supplément. Le menu est très cher. Pour le site, il n'y a pas de douche à l'intérieur. Il faut sortir de l'espace aquatique, ce que personne ne fait en sortant du hammam. C'est limite niveau hygiène.

Accueil, chambre, propreté, rien à dire, tout est très bien. Mais évitez le restaurant. A force de vouloir faire une création, tout est dénaturé… et pas bon du tout. A deux minutes de l’hôtel, il existe des restaurants où vous pourrez vous régaler.
