"First time we stayed at double tree
Stayed as a family two adult and two children
Nice atmosphere
Nice lobby and common areas
Rooms are to a good standard
Staff are lovely
During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on...

"Definitely the staff on reception! We were checked in by a lovely lady whose name I didn’t get and checked out by Dom! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and great with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and facilitated an early check in. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good sized bathroom.
Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice.
Excellent value for money.
Within short walking distance to the cathedral and shopping area."
