"Our stay at Coconut Bay was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and always cheerful and eager to help. The drinks and food were all fabulous and the activities were so much fun! It was my retirement trip and it could have not been any better!!!"

"The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs."

"Great location within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and pharmacy. We enjoyed our stay at Coco Palm. However, the breakfast could definitely improve - after three days the options felt very repetitive."

"The staff were very friendly. The restaurant had a nice variety of options, including Gluten Free and changing daily specials. We loved the privacy and view of our Cottage."

"Unfortunately this property should be labeled as a hotel, not a resort. Needs major upgrade and more amenities. The meals/buffet was wayyy too much money for what was being served. I won’t be visiting again."

"This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
