"Had an amazing trip with the nicest most accommodating staff! Beautiful property, the best food and drinks (rare) and I would recommend 10/10"

"Friendly staff"

"Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to go back."

"The trip of a lifetime! I could go on for hours about everything, but I'll save you the time and just say BOOK IT! Make sure you get a room with a pool, it's perfect to cool off without access to ac!"

"Overall the property is nice with excellent views. However, the food options are horrible and limited. Some of the chairs by the pool needs to replaced."

"Excellent customer service from rotania at check in and Brandon at the beach services"

"Pool was under maintenance and some other areas needed renovation."

"Its a wonderful place to relax and feel the luxury of service, I would recommend anyone who needs a vacation away from the busy life schedule to make a reservation to enjoy the comfort and luxury that is Bel jou"

"What a gem of a hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly, they remember every guest and really made our stay special. Rosa, Gavin and Eloise really went above and beyond and they are an asset to the hotel. The food was also lovely, the menu changes every couple of days but we did not have a single bad meal. The goat curry was really good! We loved that it was all inclusive but we were served every meal and it was al carte. Right near the beach and you get...

"Great views"

"This is a very remote resort that has very relaxing energy and a tranquil environment. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to a severe allergic reaction I had due to the massage oils at the resorts spa. My husband and I had to pay for a doctor to come on site for medical treatment which was very costly. The spa treatment was relaxing and the masseuse was very skilled. I wish that due to the...

"The property itself is pretty nice, much bigger than I expected, and overall, it was clean. However, my experience with the staff not what I expected. I would say 2 to 3 out of every 10 staff members were genuinely pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Whenever I came across those individuals, I truly appreciated their kindness and helpfulness. Unfortunately, the majority were very dry and lacked warmth or personality. There was no smile, no hello, and sometimes not even a response when I extended a...

"Everyone in this resort comes back."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! The property was stunning!!! The beaches were so clean and the water was gorgeous. We stayed in the beach front cottage and the room was kept extremely clean with plenty of extras. The fridge was always stocked with fresh water which was surprisingly handy! I cannot give enough compliments to the staff!! Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. It was so fun to get to talk to everyone and learn more about St. Lucia! If you’re considering a stay here, just book...

"It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall."
