"Room was clean, staff was so nice and helpful, it was an hour drive from the international airport and Pigeon Island, pool with swim up bar was great but it does close at 6pm"

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"Our stay at Windjammer Resort was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The villas were clean and comfortable, and the food options were excellent. We especially loved the beach and the shuttle service around the resort. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely return again."

"The staff were very friendly . Everyone was very helpful and they were accommodating to my 4 year old son . It was just the two of us and when dining everyone was very helpful grabbing stuff so I didn’t have to wait in lines when my son wanted something else . The room was clean and the property was well maintained someone was always cleaning . The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they offered transportation to another beach . The water slide and water park were down but there was still a lot...
