"Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay. Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely. Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio."

"Great vacation with excellent location, staff, activities and food. The rooms without air-conditioning were a bit uncomfortable at times during peak October heat indexes ranging up to 100 F during the day so consider aiming for a room with air conditioning if travelling during hot and humid months. Would recommend and will even try to return at some point!"

"Jade Mountain greatly exceeded all of my expectations. I enjoy the quiet environment as well as the cleanliness of the property. My Major Domos were always available to escort me throughout the property as well as provide assistance to things I asked for.
