"The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! "

"Absolutely wonderful. This property is beautifully kept, the furnishings newly redone and everything simply elegant. Our room was large and clean; nothing fancy but super comfortable with a private terrace and lovely view down to the ocean. The hotel's separate beach property was a great addition - allowing you to have a access to a private beach with a bar and shade and shelter if you want it. But the most amazing was the staff. "Beautiful property. Overall staff very friendly. Good location on the island. Lots of things to do. Housekeeping on several days was lacking, sink was very slow to drain and hot water would stop during a shower (you have to wait for a minute or two for it to come back). These are the only reasons we didnt give 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants."

"The location was ideal - perfect climate and truly beautiful. The 4 Seasons resort had well maintained, spotless rooms with very nice decor. The landscaping and gardens were gorgeous! The restaurants were outstanding- impressive menus and very accommodating to dietary needs. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. "

"The ocean view room as clearly advertised when booking wasn’t provided to us upon arrival, and the management was quite unprofessional and slow in handling the matter, they eventually moved us to an ocean view room (also our room didn’t have proper hot water - becomes cold after a min of running- and pool deck wasn’t sanded/treated and each of us got numerous splinters from it), but the way they handled it took away from the experience, as well as them charging us for the services that were...

"The 2 bedroom oceanfront villa itself was excellent except very poor water pressure in the showers.
Bring pods for clothes and dish washer.
The pools are unusable. IDK if that is algae covering the bottoms or weird dark paint job. No one used them.
Mosquitoes are a significant issue throughout island.
We found the Yachtsman restaurant disappointing and overpriced ($5 US for a carafe of tap water!).
Bananas, the Drift, and the Brewery restaurants were all excellent.
Seriously consider renting...
