The staff at the Four Seasons were amazing including the bellman, the housekeeper, the breakfast wait staff, the guest services manager and food & beverage manager, the golf pro shop staff, the staff at the lunch spot by the pool and the front desk staff. The Soa was excellent. Birthday celebrations for me and my husband were fantastic, including dinner on the beach. The room was great and spacious. We had a spectacular ocean view room with a balcony. We felt very special by everyone at the resort. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort. We had some dinners in property and others off property which was a nice mix. The staff at the resort were very helpful to book dinner reservations and taxis for us in advance.
The entire staff showed so much love to us as we celebrated my birthday with them. If you’re traveling here book the transfer to the hotel with the Four Seasons because there’s a warm welcome on the dock when you arrive. If I can give this place 10 stars I would! Kimisha at the pool was my favorite person!
The location was ideal - perfect climate and truly beautiful. The 4 Seasons resort had well maintained, spotless rooms with very nice decor. The landscaping and gardens were gorgeous! The restaurants were outstanding- impressive menus and very accommodating to dietary needs. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.
The housekeeping, Dahlia along with Ochelle, were unbelievably professional and so attentive to our needs.
We found all staff in all departments very pleasant and friendly .
Outstanding staff. They dialed in my husband’s special birthday with flair!!
The rooms are lovely, very clean, have wonderful amenities and have spectacular views.
I would highly recommend Four Seasons Nevis.
Only one restaurant open most of the time.
Hotel is very much outdated.
Room cleaning substandard
Price not match value.
Employee are very nice.
Beach is excellent.
We spent 2 nights in Nevis and really enjoyed our time there. The Four Seasons is a lovely property, however a bit dated for the price. The pools could use a bit of a modern upgrade and the revolving dates on the restaurants was a bit disappointing as we weren't able to try all the dining options because not everything was open (we were there over a weekend too). The people are delightful, the beach is spectacular and the snorkeling was great. We definitely recommend staying there is you are to visit Nevis.

Missing the four seasons touch
Missing all the special touches of other five star and four seasons resorts we’ve been to. Property and beach are super pretty and the ladies at the main pool and dine restaurant were polite. But I guess we were not vip enough to get the extra level of wow we’ve gotten every other time we’ve stayed at a four season’s property.
This is a very exclusive, uncrowded, personal experience n Bermuda. The private beach is world class. If you value a Bermuda experience devoid of noise and crowds, with access to a beautiful, uncrowded beach, this is where you want to be.
INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here because bed bugs were crawling over our pillows and insects had infested our luggage, and we had to move twice because each replacement room provided to us was in an equally disgusting state. I finally gave up after getting to the third room and put towels (which were also stained and did not smell clean) down on the bed before going to bed at 3 AM.
I threw away our suitcases and their contents as soon as we left the hotel. My wife and I have bites all over our bodies which have swelled, turned red, and itch.
During my stay, one restaurant was entirely closed, the other was closed for half the day (even during the open half, only bar seating seemed to be available), and during dinner at the third restaurant, my wife was given a mixed drink with a large dead mosquito floating in the middle of it, and a silverware spread with ants crawling inside of it. Additionally, some pool facilities were closed and the bulk of the resort had large open pits in the ground where active construction.
