"I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much. "

Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling. They offered a refund which they never did after two months of following up with them. Enough said. : ("

"Marie is a warm and inviting host, nothing appears to be too much trouble. Our room was spacious with an outdoor seating & patio area. The guest house is on the edge of town and so we used a cab service when heading out for dinner in the evening. Marie organised and booked(very cheap and nice driver) She also recommended 2 restaurants where the food was very good. The Swartberg Pass drive was something else and we were glad to reach the very lovely Prince Albert town which was lovely. The Caves...

"It is a wonderful place with a great room ( Maritime) . Very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The manager, Fiona, was most pleasant and helpful. It is a great place to relax ( nice walks around) before a long flight. We loved it there. "

"Upgrade/renovations of hotel was promised for the future. Some lifts were a problem; one lift couldn't stop on the basement floor and another lift was stuck on the 12th floor. All-in-all, we had a nice stay, for overnight accommodation "

"We had booked a balcony room with a sea view and couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was very spacious, very comfortable and provided us with an excellent base. The balcony was very large and the view was awesome. All our the staff were friendly and efficient, we ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and wine list were excellent and quality of food top class, a great choice if you’re looking for a spot in Hoet Bay"
