"The high handed attitude about not servicing the room daily as they are a sustainability hotel. That shouldn’t mean dirty cups not removed and replaced with clean ones or empty refreshments tray. I did not expect to have to have any such conversation. My bed was not made, but I can live with it. Dirty crockery left outside rooms in the corridor. Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained."

"The property aesthetically looked great it was clean and had great amenities. I had requested a quiet room prior to booking as I needed to get work done and specified that but on arriving I was booked into a room with a crying child and family. To move I had to upgrade and pay for it which is a bit unfair considering I’d requested this prior to attending. The staff member said they couldn’t help that. I think they could. "The hotel has plenty to offer. The only downside was no Aircon on a particularly hot evening and the inability to open the windows wide enough to let any air in. There was a fan provided but it didn't have the power to make a difference. Otherwise a good venue."

"Clean room. Looks like I stayed in a brand new renovated room. There is a lot of building work being done with the lift to my floor being out so had to walk the rest of the way up stairs which wasn’t a big issue for me."

"There is ample parking at a charge of £10 per night. I upgraded the twin room to a superior twin room for £25 extra room 310. We were not impressed!! The room was dated and needs refurbishment, The bathroom was dated too and not very clean. The room had a damp smell when we entered, so we opened the window and left the door open to air the room. The reception area is spacious and clean, all through the lobby/bar area to the restaurant. The leisure centre needs a whole revamp as it's really dated...

"Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...
