"Stayed for an event at hall 5 of the NEC and this is an option which puts you less than a 2minute walk from that venue. It can’t be beaten for convenience in that regard. Rooms are clean and trendy with all the basic amenities you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was great with an array of hot and cold options to hopefully suit all tastes. If there’s any negatives to be had - it’s probably the price. It’s not a cheap stay here - but it’s probably worth the extra for the convenience factor...

"Great welcome at reception. Accessible room allocated as requested. In my opinion, there is a design flaw in the bathroom, as the 'accessible' toilet is positioned too low to be accessible and is too close to the hand basin. The shower was more of a trickle than a shower, albeit hot, and I've had worse showers, so it's not worth complaining about, just an observation. We ate at the restaurant in the evening - a very pleasant experience with attentive staff. Sadly, the same could not be said...
