"My toilet seat was dirty with dried pee and my bathroom stank of pee. There was a candle in my room that matched the candle that the woman at the front desk brought me when I told her about the smell, so I suspect this was a known issue that has gone unresolved. The sink in the room is pretty much unusable because the faucet sticks so far out the water almost doesn't go into the sink. Location of the hotel is prime though. "

"Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. Regardless of these minor setbacks found the whole experience really enlightening and would stay again. The staff were also fantastic in reception. Very friendly. Really enjoyed...

"The hotel is in a wonderful location along the sea and was close to everything. Our room facing the sea was outstanding and we enjoyed time on the small deck. "The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "

"This is a classic and a beautiful property ! The staff was very attentive to alll of our needs during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Wonderful pastries breads juices meats cheeses and a menu to order also included. The property has a spa w a pool and saunas we enjoyed relaxing at each afternoon. Location is stellar. Concierge maja was very helpful with events and reservations and more ! Definitely will be back again after the remodel!"

"This is a beautiful property with a with a long history that’s worth looking into. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful however buyer beware during the time that we were there they had no air-conditioning and it was extremely uncomfortable and hot overnight. During the early evening, the town lost power had which caused alarms in town to go off all night long, which made it impossible to keep the windows open. I called the front desk and they told me that in April they don’t turn...
