"We stayed at this hotel prior to boarding our cruise in Trieste. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in Trieste. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. It was a very chaotic morning with many people looking for taxis and the staff were amazing and professional. The only complaint we had was the size of the showers. They were tiny! Would stay here again without question."

"This was a lovely place to stay. Right at the river's edge. Very walkable. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and modern but like many hotels in the "old town" part of cities, the room was very small."

"What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. "This hotel was a wonderful place to stay especially if you are on a cruise because of the close proximity to the port we just rolled our bags over. The food is wonderful although simple for breakfast and the front desk people are full of helpful suggestions for pasta laces to eat. The only problem we had was the a/c had not been turned on yet in Mid May and with windows open and a fan in the room it was very difficult to sleep. The bed was comfortable but too humid for a good nights sleep"
