"Great location, right in the center of the old town. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. "Molto comoda,sia dalla,stazione ferroviaria che al centro. La camera assegnaya aveva una vasca da bagno con uno scavalco un po' pericoloso poiché il fondo della vasca era scivoloso. Inoltre anche per aprire e chidere la finestra del bagno posta in alto sopra la vasca occorreva entrare e uscire dalla vasca stessa. Insomma no proprio confortevole! Tittavia i locali erano deliziosi e mancava solo un appoggi adeguato per 2 valige grandine che ne sorreggessero. Il peso"

"What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating.
