"Loved the concept of the capsules. Disappointed that the tv in the capsule did not work.. found it quite warm at night even though there was some ventilation. The usb socket did not work in the capsule. Used tne power socket to recharge my phone. The usb sockets in the reception area on the seats did not work either. "The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "

"The hotel has a killer location that completely changes everything about the stay in Bled. Front desk and the pool team is very nice and helpful. The pool and the beach are outstanding. However, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are falling apart. The hardwood floor is lose and windows panels are cracked. It’s used to be charming but now it just very old. The breakfast service was disappointing, our omelette was discussing but the rest of the breakfast was good and had a lot of verity....

"You often find a 5 star hotel that is middle of the road, no better than a 4 star and completely different from 5 star in other countries. This hotel, the staff, the quality and experience are what I would call truly 5 star, actually traditionally excellent 5 star. There is nothing I would find to complain about. We had an outstanding stay which has reinvigorated my faith in service, facilities, and enjoyment. Will definitely be going back and I just wish others provided this level also."
