"It was a quick book and check in was smoothly. The gave me fresh towels and wash rags everyday. Cleanliness of the room was 3/10 the sheets had stains on them also the curtains. The fridge was making animal like noises every 15mins. It was just a room for sleeping I couldn’t really get comfortable. The location is AMAZING!!! It’s right next to everything I walked to most of my reservations."

"The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options. "

"The room was clean, the location quiet, the pool was clean and not overly busy, and staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. Although the location is hilly, the resort operates an internal shuttle bus on request. "

"The property just needs updating because it has potential. Rooms are huge. Unsure why they never installed shower curtains to avoid water leaks while showering. Needs additional staffing help in bar and breakfast kitchen area. "

"Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful and pleasant. She told me which bus to take to the airport to avoid taxi. There’s a Carrefour across the street for groceries. Can walk downtown in 20 minutes. The room is comfortable "
