"View and suite were stunning but room was ready late, approximately a half hour after check-in time, and all of the plates, glassware, and utensils were in the running dishwasher and unavailable for the first 2 hours of the stay. Slow service at front desk and lakeside restaurant and poor communication about amenities. There is no outdoor pool as advertised - the outdoor pool is located a 15 minute walk away at the sister resort. Could not use the indoor pool or hot tub because there was no...

"Een superleuke ervaring en leuke rustige accommodatie. Jammer dat het bubbelbad het niet deed bij het centrale zwembad. Wel absoluut een leuke omgeving met een klein eettentje: Loobies. Zeer de moeite waard. Ook de lokale supermarkt alleen al is een genot om te winkelen. De pharmacy kun je niet overslaan, hier hebben ze alles wat je nodig hebt aan verzorgingsproducten. En de mensen zijn allemaal supervriendelijk. Kortom een ware reclame voor dit land!"

"I would rate this hotel a 5star because of their outstanding service. The front desk staff were amazing. Plus ... -the breakfast buffet was a feast -the dining area and lobby are wide and spacious. -they have several parking spots for seniors. -I was suppose to shop for clothing and saw they have washer and dryer. So that was a savings for me -I like the complimentary coffee, tea and fruits -rooms, sheets, hallways, everything is clean I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Property was in the north end of town and situated on the main street of Midland, which meant a straight drive to the dock. Hotel at night was quiet and comfortable. No restaurant on this property which I thought there was which I was disappointed since it was a conference based hotel. Breakfast was the standard of which hotels provide and was ok. Staff were in creditable, friendly, helpful and asked if they help with anything. Parking good."
