"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. "
