We asked for a different room. Told it was fully booked the car park said otherwise. This hotel hss certainly gone downhill since we started using it years ago. Drinks are extortionate also you have to pay cssh for happy hour bit odd. The car park is mow privately owned snd a hassle to pay and expensive...

It’s a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, with stunning grounds that are perfect for an early evening walk. All the staff we encountered were incredibly welcoming and friendly. "We stayed 2 nights. Perfectly adecuate to stay and spend your day in the lovely villages nearby. The aetting was very pretty. The room was spaceous but hot (despute having a fan) and not very aound proof (it was a dog next door that kept us awake one of the nights), it also didn't have plug sockets next to the bed and the water pressure of the shower was low. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. For the price, you would probably expect a bit more but overal it was...

"It seems we were lucky to be in the smaller rooms on the top floor, as these were air conditioned! I can’t really say better than fine overall, which is in part because of the cost - for what it was, it didn’t feel like good value. The styling in the hotel is a bit off (eg. bar lighting too bright) and the communal areas to the rooms a bit shabby. It was fine for a two night stay, given the location is excellent."

"Having a view of the sea was great. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean and smooth. Facilities in the room were adequate. A few minor issues that could need repair (latch on one window, cold water tap bit tricky to work, very noisy floorboards...sorry down below!, tv's streaming ability a bit compromised...maybe when too many people using at the same time?. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay...thanks."
