"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. "We were at the Oyo hotel due to our other chalet being unavailable. When we arrived at the Oyo Stade hotel was so outdated. The Oyo Stade hotel lacked air conditioning, outlets, good mattresses and bed frames. The windows do not open Al the way so It was extremely hot. We asked for an extra fan and they accommodated us with that. They NOT have any laundry services available and the laundromats nearby open and close at inconvenient hours as we were there for a three day conference with a long day...

"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. The kitchen was well-stocked with many breakfast items and there were a few good cafes nearby for a nice latte or flat white.
