The hotel has a good restaurant menu, and a pool / sauna area (with a small fee), so it was good on that area, but be mindful that it's a live enterntainment venue almost every night and that music will be loud and audible in the lower floors (1st, and beyond with open windows), so this isn't a quiet place. if you can, stay in higher floors, but this isn't guaranteed when booking.

The room was exactly as described, clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There was an issue with the lift during my visit, which was a bit inconvenient, but otherwise everything was fine. Overall, good value for money and a pleasant stay for the price.

Clean hotel but no parking spaces left so we had to pay overnight at the pay and display for £22. Not much soundproofing from other rooms so not much sleep had unfortunately. But very close to the beach and lots of cafes, food stalls etc. Quite outdated building. The TV in our room did not work either.

It’s a proper old fashioned seaside hotel. Plenty of places to sit and chat and eat and drink. Friendly staff. The hotel is quite old so do not have plugs by the bed so if you need that for charging phones (or cpap machines) then bring an extension cord 😊 I was a solo traveller with a dog and people could not have been nicer. I can’t wait to return 👏

We stayed here before getting the ferry early the next morning. We paid for an early check in but due to traffic we’re late but our room was still not ready. The whole place felt a bit outdated but the location was great. There are nearby EV chargers but the on site parking is a bit sketchy.
