"There was a real problem at the Radisson with the handling of passports. I was part of a tour group and our passports were turned over en masse to the reception desk. We were told to pick them up later. One couple went to the desk to get their passports and were handed all 30 passports and told "to find their own." They could have taken other passports. "The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel."

The hotel has a significant history (which could be presented in a more engaging way). There is a sense of stile and dignity. Parking is close by, as are banks, and all kinds of public transportation (free in this city)."

"The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major sites and museums. Public transportation (buses and trolleys) were very efficient and free. Just be aware that the hotel is inside a residential building. So, don’t be surprised when you arrive. It’s not specifically marked. Be sure to have the address handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit."
