"I selected this hotel because it offered free parking, when I arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and then they informed me that they only have 8 parking spots, and I needed to reserve them in advance, they just blamed it on Expedia. I had to go down the street and find a public lot. They told me the public lot would take a credit card, not to worry. I went to retrieve my car and they only took cash 🙄. "My room was not cleaned during my entire time there. I had to use the same towels while there. On the day i checked out i was asked for a bedroom tax. There was no mention of this when i booked the room. The two ladies at the reception desk when i left were very rude to me and spoke in a language i did not understand. They seemed very aggressive."
