"Excellent"

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"At the beach area need to have place to exchange swimming gear."

"Fabulous staff"

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

"Best Hotel !!"

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"Great"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were...

"Yes lovely place. Clean, nice views, many pools."

"Overall our experience was good, you need to be prepared to take a taxi or walk about 30 to 40 minutes to the center of the attractions., like cafe, restaurants, beach, etc."

"I can’t say enough about this place. It is fantastic!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The apartment was absolutely perfect!! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The view of the golf course and terrain kept us on the terrace. We ducked every time someone teed off, lol. The restaurants served delicious food, especially the Med Cafe! Kudos to the chef! And the pool area was spacious and fun. If I could buy our apartment/room, I’d be back regularly. Love, love, love this place!!!!"

"First time at Baobab and we hope to return again soon"

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...
