"Todo muy bonito y muy bien atendida."

"Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!"

"Great stay, with a wonderful location close to everywhere in Shibuya"

"Excellent, the staff were fantastic. Actually felt like they cared, they were very nice to my daughter who loved practicing her Japanese phrases with them. They were very accommodating when we had questions and stored our luggage for us while we went to Kyoto for a few days and came back to stay for the last part of our trip. The only thing the place was lacking was that there needs to be way more hooks to hang your clothes. And the clothes dryers are extremely slow."

"Just love it"

"Excellent"

"A great place for a great price. Lately hotels in Tokyo are abusively expensive. This place had a reasonable price for us. It had also quick access to 2 train stations and on a walk able distance to Sky tree. The entrance of my apartment had a weird smell but the rest of the room was clean and mostly looked like new. I recommend this place to stay with family or friends."

"Muy buena ubicación, hay muchos restaurantes cerca"

The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice.
