"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"

"Great staff working here. The guy at reception was really friendly and informative. It took me a moment to figure out to unlock my key from the key box but it was fairly intuitive. The main foyer and my room were both exceptionally clean and well maintained, also if you have to take the train the next day to Budapest you couldn’t ask for a better location.
