"We have used the hotel just to rest overnight while visiting Constanta. It was perfect for our purpose. We loved it. We could even fit all of us in the queen bed with two kids (1.5 and 3 y.o). The stuff was very friendly both at the reception time and in the restaurant for breakfast. The morning omelette was absolutely amazing. "Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold.
