Great hotel. Really well located. You can walk to several sights in Bucharest. It is also about a 7-8 min walk to the Old Town which has several great restaurants. The Palace of Parliament is a longer haul and needs a taxi or Uber. The room was spacious including a large bathroom. I had a room on the 10th floor and it had great sights of the city. The breakfast served was really great and the staff was truly pleasant and very helpful. The hotel also had an intimate bar on the top floor with some good short eats as well. All in all a great choice!

The hotel reception staff were nice with a good check-in. The room was Ok but needed lots of small maintenance issues fixing eg soap tray falling off wall, shower head loose. The housekeeping service was very erratic and the room was not serviced to a uniform high standard each day. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Poor choice of cereals for adults and fruit selection was very restricted.

The hotel has the perfect location in downtown Bucharest, close to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water, a bit outdated. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and tasty. What really impressed me the most was the hotel personnel. Aside of being useful and nice the ladies at the reception desk helped me recover my iPods. First housekeeping found them, then they stored them for pickup. My words cannot describe my gratitude. People working in this hotel are dedicated to their guests. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel even though I was given a room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, easy access to public transportation, metro, Old Town, and landmarks. Pleasant staff. I was given a discount coupon to the restaurant next to it. Unfortunately, the waitress did not honored it and lied about when I questioned her in front of her supervisor. I was disappointed about this incident. Everything else went smoothly.

The hotel is old for sure, but has character. The rooms are clean, comfy beds. The lobby is beautiful. Amazing pool, jacuzzi and a beautiful terrace for sunbathing and enjoying the views of the city from the 22nd floor. Located in old city centre close to amazing restaurants. Safe and staff is amazing. Definitely recommend to stay here

The check in was a very good experience. The receptionist was professional and efficient. We booked a room for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. Both shower towels were ripped and with holes in them! There were no bath robes. I wouldn’t normally complain but this is advertised as a 5* hotel that charges accordingly!

Great hotel in a great location. Steps away from the metro though we never left the immediate area so I can't comment on how teaveling that line is. Hotel room was spacious and the balcony provided a great view. The pool at the top gives a breathtaking look over the city.
