"Allt i top klass"

"Pro: great location. Grand hotel. Great touch with wine in room. Feels true 5 star grand hotel. Con: very awkward glass bathroom. Very difficult to use when 2 people in room. Especially at night. Real bad design"

"The hotel reception staff were nice with a good check-in. The room was Ok but needed lots of small maintenance issues fixing eg soap tray falling off wall, shower head loose. The housekeeping service was very erratic and the room was not serviced to a uniform high standard each day. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Poor choice of cereals for adults and fruit selection was very restricted."

"Good hotel. Some rooms are a little bit outdated."

"We come here every year and we are very happy with the property. Has an excellent location for walking around the city and you can easily get to the airport with bus 100."

"Close to city actovities but on quiet street. Balcony was very nice. Space in room. Great bed. Hot water. Restaurant on premise. Others v close."

"Very poor service. Reached at 10.00 AM after a long trip. Waited till 3,00 pm for check in. Very arrogant front desk staff."

"The stairs were a bit of a challenge to seniors but staff was always ready to assist you and give you directions where to gkn"

"The rooms are spacious, but there's a lack of storage space and wardrobe. The towels are in poor condition."
