"Excellent place to stay"

"Clean Hotel and Good Breakfast, but Very Disappointing Guest Relations Hotel Amalfi was clean and offered a very good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by an upsetting experience with a male employee who confronted our group in the reception area over an unintentional transportation misunderstanding. Instead of handling the matter privately and professionally, he raised his voice at us, leaving us embarrassed and distressed. We subsequently contacted management, who...

"I overall enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located on a beautiful overlook point of the Amalfi Coast and the complimentary breakfast was great. The room itself solid and comes with a patio. The only issue I had was the WiFi not working in the hotel due to problems with the internet station supplying that area of Positano. Cell reception wasn’t the best up there either because of being so high up the mountain and that made communicating with my group staying in other areas difficult. WiFi...

"The hotel is beautiful, stunning views! Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is very good. Do not recommend booking the annex hotel room apartment across the street from the property. Loud noise including road noise at night. Sea window view, no patio or balcony view."

"booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in the heart of Positano, and the location was perfect—easy walking distance to the beach and everything in town. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they helped us arrange a private boat tour along the Amalfi Coast, which was amazing. Our driver, Christian, was excellent! One of the best things about staying here is that Positano is much quieter in the evening after the daytime tourists leave, making it easy to enjoy the town...

"Amazing staff - and location. Would stay again."

"We loved the pool !!"

"The staff was rude and not helpful whatsoever!"

"👌"

"Beautiful hotel"

"We had an amazing balcony at this property. They even offer bringing you the free breakfast buffet to your room for just 8 euros a piece. The room was very clean and convenient to the beach. (Other properties I’ve stayed at were hundreds of more steps up from the beach area.). Free porter service for your bags (we did tip them) and nice amenities in the room - coffee and water. Even surprisingly had turn down service with chocolates on our pillows. The very best place to stay in Positano!! ...

"Hard to get to no matter where you are coming from, and waters aren't even given to you even with how expensive the hotel is. Breakfast was also terrible. Only thing nice was the beach access, but you have to climb up and down hundreds of stairs to get there."

"The view was spectacular! As soon as you walked into the front door reception area, you were hit with this amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. It was breathtaking. The staff that greeted us was so very helpful. They gave us wonderful suggestions of places to go for dinner and things to see in town. Definitely want to take a car service to get anywhere. Driving in Almafi is "challenging". HIGHLY recommend this resort."

"Amazing place. The best place to stay if you want to stay on the Amalfi coast, be close to amalfi but not stay in a crowded place. The staff are amazing, from reception staff to Carlo and Enzo. They all helped at anytime we needed. Very professional and great location. Will definitely be back. Dont waste time looking for anywhere else, this place is the best hands down. Thanks for the great memories."

"Terrible terrible terrible charter recommendation to Capri!!"

"Staying this hotel in Amalfi Coast was like living in a paradise. Anytime I go back to Amalfi coast, this will be the only place I’ll be staying. Definitely the property was on the expensive site, but it was worth it."
