In the heart of Positano where all the shops are and easy to access without having the carry your luggage up / down stairs to get to hotel - it’s right off the Main Street. You can hear the scooters/cars at night but manageable if you close all windows. The hotel was very clean and spacious. I’d recommend it!"

"The hotel was just off the Main Street in Amalfi and only about 300m from the main bus stop and ferry terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also loved the rooftop breakfast that was included. We are a family of four with grown children and the room was spacious for our stay. While $600CAD is not cheap it represented value in Amalfi. I would certainly recommend again."

"The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful outside space. The lemon grove where you can have a meal or simply sit and relax with a drink is fantastic. The staff overall are very friendly and helpful but, at busy times, we found it difficult to get service whilst sat outside for a drink. The electrics in the bedroom were a bit confusing - lots of switches that did not seem to do anything, and there were no power points on either side of the bed which was inconvenient. "The Grand Hotel Aminta was a great base for our recent trip to the Amalfi coast. High up on the hill, it overlooks Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples and downtown Sorrento with breathtaking views.
