"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"Camera spaziosa, il bagno poteva essere pulito meglio ma comunque molto dignitoso, sono io con standard forse troppo elevati. Camera in un appartamento a una cinquantina di metri dall’hotel, in condominio abbastanza trascurato. Posizione top Colazione in un bar lì vicino, senza infamia e senza lode. Nel complesso tutto positivo"

"Excellent location just minutes away from the Spanish Steps. Room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. We landed into FCO & booked a taxi €55 to accommodation. Excellence Suites is minutes away from a local metro station which was ideal to visit Vatican City & for us on checkout to catch a connecting train from termini to Venice. We were able to borrow an iron from reception-although no ironing board. Only very slight gripes were.. we arrived late due to delays & reception had closed so...

"Our stay was wonderful."

"It’s a great place to sleep, but distant from the core areas, you’ll have to take a train which is about 15 min away walking or call an uber."

"Clean room"

"A nice hotel though the room (Premium Double Room) was very small (not much larger than the bed). Location is fine and hotel staff was quite helpful getting cabs when I needed one."

"Clean room. Delicious breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was great!"

"Great location. Clean, large room. Will continue to stay as each time is excellent. Easy walk from train. Safe area."

"Nice hotel. Good location. We were promised a bottle of wine on our reservation upon checking but didn’t receive one."
