"The beach is manmade but beautiful. And the views of the marina are awesome! We shuttled to Alexandra two days of our four stay and grace bay beach is definitely more beautiful but the last two days of our trip we decided to just stay at Blue Haven and enjoy the guieter Blue Haven Beach and the awesome pool and more quiet back atmosphere. And the pool at Blue Haven is amazing as are all the bartenders."

"Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times."

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"We have never been to Turks and Caicos and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience than what we received at the Rock House. Absolutely gorgeous property, outstanding service, amazing views everywhere, and the privacy desired to fully enjoy the experience with my wife and our friends. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island."

"The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant,and helpful. Always eager to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the beach takes only about 3 minutes, and they provided umbrellas and lounge chairs which is a plus. Our room was cleaned daily, and beds were comfortable."

"Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve...
