"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean. The pool and lazy river were our favorites also very good breakfast, lots of options. Definitely recommend staying here."

"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."

The rooms are very spacious, have a kitchen washing machine/dryer, really large bathrooms, nice balconies. (only note here: Mattresses could use an upgrade). The place is soo conveniently located easy access to the main highways to get to most of the parks, plenty of dinning options nearby, pharmacies, supermarkets, shopping, all what makes Orlando fun. "i didn’t like it was faults advertising the water park in the facility was not included as it stated in the discrimination i payed over 200 a night and that was the only reason why i wanted to stay at this hotel and that was not included. i would not rent this plays out again for that price it’s way over priced"

"Property is very clean. From the rooms to pool area and the grounds. Staff keeps you informed with daily updates on anything going on. Maintenance crew was great. Our air conditioner stopped working. They were out and had it fixed and running in an hour. This was our second time staying here. Will definitely come back."

"Overall our stay was great. The rooms were a good size & clean. We liked the fact that everything was within walking distance & so many pools and they had extended hours! I only have small complaints, no extra kitchen trash bags readily available & the guest toilet wouldn’t properly flush. We had to ask for a plunger but that didn’t help. The shower head in our room was a bit outdated & wasn’t the best while showering. We also didn’t see any towel cabanas to get towels while at the pool & there...

"The lady that checked me in was excellent. I upgraded due to her impressive service. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Please you guys should equip your table lamps with USB port. I had to go and buy a charging port because I couldn't connect my phone to the outlets in the room."

"Overall, we had a decent stay. The pool area, lazy river, and waterslide were definitely the highlight and our kids had a great time. The resort itself was nice and had a fun family atmosphere. That being said, the biggest downside is that every person who stayed with us or even came to visit ended up getting sick afterward with the same cough/sore throat virus, which really put a damper on the trip. The room itself was okay, but the master bedroom bed was extremely hard and unbelievably loud....

"Parking was free and easy staff were very helpful especially this one woman lovely great talker super helpful I’d say the only thing is the jet tub didn’t work like it should’ve and the lights in one area stopped working the second day kind of seems like the place is falling apart but wasn’t the worst stay ever I’d go again hopefully if they fixed some things a little better I recommend as I stayed for 9 nights it was good for what I needed it for the bed bathroom and kitchen lol."
