"The bed was okay. A little hard for my liking but more firm, then hard. We really liked the pool and waterslide. We didn't like that check-in was at 4pm. It seems a little late. You are paying for the night and you only get from 4pm one night until 11am the next morning. With that being said our room was ready at 3pm and the key was given to us at 3:00pm. So that was amazing. The staff were polite and really friendly. "

"Surprised by how nice this was. Little pricey but its new Staff was over the top accommodating We are local and took our kids to the Factory etc. Made the whole experience amazaing Paitence in restaurants. Not quite organzied yet. Some delays in receiving food. But it came out hot and the service staff was aware and apologetic for the delay Food was above average "

"We have a young family 3 kids. This hotel had a beautiful Courtyard equipped with 2 barbecues outdoor,fire pits and games that you could sign it from the front desk. Like janga, Connect Four, ax throwing, cornhole, along with a pool. This was perfect for entertaining in the evening. The rooms were large with full refrigerator, a large microwave, dishwasher and spacious living quarters. The front desks also have hot plates. All in all a wonderful experience."
