Couch was missing and was not corrected by staff nor any type of compensation for the problem with the room. Basically and $125 room that they were charging over $300 for. Won’t stay there again. "

"Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room."

"We were in Stratford to see a show. We arrived early and were allowed to park prior to checking in. After our show we met Bruce, the owner and he kindly showed us our room and explained some of the amenities the inn had to offer. The room, despite being on the smaller size, was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was quite comfortable as were the two chairs. The shower had decent water pressure. There were lots of add ons. Coffee and tea in the room, lots of extra towels, several...

"No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of."

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay on the 2nd floor at the Mercer Hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. We heard the occasional noise from the room above us and the muted hum of the air conditioning units on the roof but it wasn't a problem for us. The location was very convenient for walking to all the theatres and for shopping. And the Mercer restaurant food is great!"

"The room we received was not what we saw in the pictures - it had several large pillars in the room - one in front of the toilet door. The sofa bed was not able to be opened until we moved several pieces of furniture out of the way. The softer pillows we asked for were never delivered and the beds were not made on the second day of our stay. All was not as advertised and there was no staff in the building to deal with issues. A real disappointment!"

"The Windsor Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were in the apartment. My children/grandchildren were in 2 other suites. Our room because a great gathering area for meals and family fun. Though the rooms might use a little up grade, everything was clean and working. Would definitely return."
