"Zimmer waren sauber und von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Tisch, kleiner Schrank, Fernseher, Küchenzeile = alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht. Ich glaube es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, war jedoch für uns für drei Tage auch kein Kriterium. Für unsere Zwecke (Disneyland und Paris) war alles passend und der Preis im Umgebungsvergleich angemessen."

Instead of having a staff member change the sheets, my son was told to do it himself. I found this to be unprofessional and unacceptable. "Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well."
