"Excellent location! Upgraded to a full suite with both the Falls view and City view. Perfect amenities and services. Will come back again!"

"Long line up in the front desk"

"We were in a renovated room with a significantly dated bathroom. The hotel needs some love and attention. Meeting rooms were dated. Staff was helpful and attentive but the hotel was just average. We did get a very decent rate"

"Outdated, almost run-down, holes in the wall from door handles. Very loud from business owners using bins. We were on the ground floor. Would not recommend."

"Excellent!"

"I loved this hotel! I was in town for a concert in their theater. It was worth the money to lodge in the same hotel as the concert. I loved the view of the horseback from my room! The interior was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food at the bar in the casino. Would recommend & stay again!"

"They have washer and dryer in the room"

"Good hotel"
