"Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Staffs were supportive. "

"There was a water main break. Woke up to no water at 530am. They locked the elevators and downstairs bathrooms. No water and still serviing cocktails and gaming. No idea when it will be fixed and would not give a refund. We were told we would get a refund but when we checked out and asked for the receipt was told they would only refund the resort fees. Wasn't offered botteled water or anything. Security guards acting very unprofessional laughing and talking about customers."

"We had trouble finding the location and we're tired after a long day of driving. We didn't want to drive 32 miles back into Beatty for dinner. Since we had some oatmeal in our we asked Jennifer if we could just prepare that for dinner. She kindly prepared a plate of fresh fruit for each of us to have with our oatmeal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! Definitely enjoyed our stay in this unique location!"

"Nice place. A little bit weird and a lot of stairs if you have trouble with mobility. Rooms are dated but decently clean. Beds weren't super comfortable. Wish there were more slot machines but it is nice that everything is there and location is great."

"If I could write a zero review I would. We had a horrible experience. Stayed for the night on our way to Arizona. Got up at 4 AM to take a shower and the shower did not work whatsoever so our family of four was not able take a shower. Bedding was dirty still. Front desk was rude and made no accommodation or even offer a discount. "

"I was very impressed actually. The beds were more comfortable than the luxury resorts we usually stay at. We will be staying here again as we head to Reno for events again. "

"This is a great hotel. VERY clean. It's an older building with modern updates. That makes it kind of cool and funky. There's no pool or hot tub, but then again... it's Eureka. The people are great and the breakfast is very unique (and enjoyable)."

"It was dirty and misrepresented. It was a guest house, the owner was outside in the morning so we couldn’t even suntan like we wanted. No amenities, the house was so cluttered we had to put everything in a closet to be able to have somewhere to put our suitcases. There was cheese on a cheese grater in the utensil drawer and the handheld blender was dirty and had been used. It was the most dissappointing stay my family and I have experienced. Not worth the price AT ALL. If I hadn’t had paid...
