"When I checked in the lady at the desk was super friendly and gave us our room keys promptly. The only challenge I had was that amount billed to me by Expedia was $58 more than the cost on the check in receipt. I tried using the customer service on the app and he tried to help, but when I sent the billing receipt to him he said he couldn’t open the attachment that it needed to be less than 2mb in size. I went down to the front desk and the sweet lady googled it on how to reduce my memory size...

"The room was clean and organized. The host was very accommodating to our needs and arrival time. It was quiet and the scenery was beautiful with a very well maintained property. If we're ever in the area again, we would be staying here again. Thank you."

"The hotel was much darker than the ads for it made it appear. It was very dusty smelling throughout the hotel, and there was dirt all around the edges of most places, including in our room. No amenities, the house was so cluttered we had to put everything in a closet to be able to have somewhere to put our suitcases. There was cheese on a cheese grater in the utensil drawer and the handheld blender was dirty and had been used. It was the most dissappointing stay my family and I have experienced.
