The hotel suggested hot tub. However, their hot tub was cold and the desktop staff did nothing to fix this. We called before to book and ask is everything ok with hot tub? They replied yes.

All the amenities were good. The young lady that checked us in was ok. Just in the middle of our what should have been (quick check in) she stopped, helped another customer on the convenient store area which literally just walked in and we waited. The customer service was a little lacking. Check out was quick and easy, very cheerful greeting from a different young lady in the morning. Thank you… we will definitely stay here again next time through this area.
