"This is an apartment hotel, if you’ve never used self checkin it can be a bit confusing. I had to use my phone to unlock the main door every time because the code was not working on the pin pad. It seemed others were having the same issue. This was inconvenient for others I was travelling with who did not have access to the building without me. The room itself was spacious, clean and well stocked for a family to stay. There was a/c in both bedrooms and the main room stayed a fairly comfortable...

"Charming apartment with everything you need. Great for booking two rooms next door to each other with a cute porch that connects both rooms. Very short walk to the ferry. Our host was fantastic. We would stay here again."

And then a week later, I got another charge for the same amount under the name What A View Cheticamp. After reaching out through Expedia, they apologized and said they'd issue a refund, but I have not received any further communication or a refund since."
