"It appears the room TV operates only using ChromeCast via a "smart" device, and I could not get that working. Does not include "free" breakfast some other hotels offer. Otherwise, excellent hotel and very pleasant stay."

"The elevator was broken so we had to lug everything up the stairs. The bed was really uncomfortable and the room was dated. The entire hotel has a weird theme and seems old. The guy that drove the shuttle was fantastic. Quick and helpful."

"We woke up to bed bugs on the bed. Very dissatisfied."

"The roof top patio was really incredible to view. The free continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in comparison to similar hotels.I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was nice, clean and ample parking which is a plus. The happy hour menu worked well for us and our stay was enjoyable."

"It was excellent with my disability. The shower for instance was fantastic."

"Wonderful, highly recommend. The staff is so helpful and professional and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is very accommodating with a very lovely menu. The food is great. Wonderful experience."

"Nice place but not close to the airport of downtown. It is good if you have a car, but not transit, taxi or ride share. The neighbourhood is quite with lots of parks. There are no restaurants nearby. The pool is good and clean, the fitness facility are mainly treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines and light weights."

"Great stay prior to flight."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a comfortable stay and came back safely."
