"What a hidden gem! Right on the beach, right next to the lighthouse. Watch the tide come in and go out from the balcony. Such a charming place. Loved all the sea decor and extra care taken to make our stay memorable. We only stayed for one noght, but wished we had had stayed for 3! Highly recommend. Would love to return."

"We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. "Had a lifetime experience at a heritage house. House has heritages characteristics with older furnitures and floor sounds. Hospitality in this place is exceptional, luggages being helped, amazing breakfast and music! Best breakfast we had in any of the breakfast included hotel and inn!"

"We asked for a room to accommodate 3 women. They gave us a room with 'bunkbeds'. I am not sure I would have felt comfortable with a 5 year old on the beds. They were very unstable and did not feel safe. There was a room with a tub with no door, the water in the shower stayed cold, everything in the fridge froze overnight and we heard every noise made. For the price we paid, we would have expected a little better than this."
