"I would LOVE to give this hotel 5 stars, but the bed was way to firm for us! If you're staying 2 nights, probably not a problem. But we stayed for 6 nights and we got less and less sleep each night. "Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete...

"I stayed here for a concert that was happening at Thunderdome nearby. The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night. "

Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful.
