"In an all-inclusive resort, I expect to have food at all times. We showed up at 5 pm hungry from the airport and were told dinner is till 7 pm. There is no other option but to wait because there are no additional restaurants to buy food or snacks. My room shower overflowed and all the room floor got wet; I had to call the front desk and have maintenance come to fix it and dry the floor. "The hotel is perfect for a true beach getaway! Location is ideal with activities and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped coordinate kid-friendly excursions with ease. My 7 year old has already asked to go back for his 10th birthday. The food was also really delicious. Definitely recommend this property and staying on Popoyo beach in general. Definitely rent the atv or a bike to get around faster but most places are within a 30 minute walk."

"It was advertised as a retreat but they played loud music constantly. The chairs around the pool were all switched to uncomfortable wood ones, and while our room was technically clean it stunk so badly of bleach. If the music was calming and they had comfortable seats I’d recommend it. "
