"I was amazed by the service here. I had arranged an airport pick up and our flight was delayed. They still had someone waiting for us outside the airport with our name on a sign to get us a taxi to the hotel. The room had air conditioning. The staff were very kind with me and my Spanglish. The breakfast was delicious. They even arranged a taxi to our next destination. "
